Spa & Salon Policies

Booking

Please call or book online to reserve your preferred appointment time and to discuss any questions or special needs that you may have.  The staff at the Cottage Retreat Spa & Salon will do all that we
can to accommodate your  needs and ensure that you  have an exceptional experience. 

Cancellation Policy

We do require a credit card or Cottage gift certificate to hold your reservation and ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. 

We do require a 48 hour cancellation notice on all Spa Packages. Those calling less than 48 hours to cancel will be charged 50% of those total package price.

 
*No show appointments  will be charged the full dollar amount for their missed appointment
 
 Gift Card Policies

The Cottage Retreat gift cards expire 1 year from date of purchase.  We do honor the card till the end of the month in which it was purchased.

As of March 1 2016 we no longer accept Spa Finder Gift Cards.  
 
Please let our receptionist know when booking your reservation if you will be using a gift card, monthly special, coupon or discount.
 

Arrival Time
 
We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow ample time to prepare for your experience.  We have built in extra time to fill out your necessary client profile to tailor our treatments to your needs, and to relax you with a warm bubbly foot soak prior to your treatment.
 
Parking in the Village can be full on busy days.  There is a Traxx lot located directly across 7800 South with a pedestrian stop light crosswalk.  We also encourage you to take Traxx to the Spa/Salon.

Late Arrival
 
All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service.  Your appointment begins at the time scheduled and ends at the time scheduled.  We must be strict with this policy to accommodate the guests scheduled after you.  Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment of the full service.

Payment
 
We accept all major credit cards.  Please mention when booking if you have a Gift Certificate, Spa Bucks, Coupons, or discounts you would like to use.
 
Gratuity
 
Our listed prices do not include gratuity.  A 15-25% of each service in appropriate and appreciated.

Product Return Policy
 
Unused products in their original packaging may be refunded with-in 7 days for a full refund.  Open and used products may be returned for store credit only with-in 7 days.
 
Health Conditions
 
Please advise us at the time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs that may affect your service.  We will not do manicures or pedicures of a fungal, or any other type of infection is present.  Fungus is extremely contagious and we want to protect all of our guests as well as our employees.
 
Spa Etiquette
 
Our spa environmentt is one of tranquility and relaxation.  Please respect all guests' privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in the Spa area.  Please silence you cell phones.  
 
Children's services are provided at the spa, please ask you children to talk softly and walk with quiet feet. We appreciate you not bringing children that are not receiving services.
